CHILE & LIME VEGGIE MARINADE MIX
1 package Grill Mates® Veggie Marinade Mix ¼ cup water ¼ cup oil 2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 pounds cut-up vegetables .
1. WHISK together Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar. Place veggies and marinade in resealable plastic bag.
2. MARINATE 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove from marinade. Reserve any remaining marinade.
3. GRILL over medium heat until tender-crisp. Drizzle vegetables with reserved marinade, if desired.
SPICES (INCLUDING RED PEPPER), SALT, DEMERARA SUGAR, GARLIC, ONION, RED BELL PEPPER, CHILI PEPPER, NATURAL FLAVOR (INCLUDING LIME OIL), CHIPOTLE PEPPER, LIME JUICE, LIME PEEL AND EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA.
My family loved this one. My wife does not eat a lot of veggies but I made this one up she asked for more. You should make this one year round.

We actually used this on Tilapia for grilled fish tacos. Best fish tacos I've ever made! This needs to available year round!

This is THE BEST on grilled corn!!! I made a special trip to the store just to get more for the corn my husband brought home. Thank you for making my whole family like vegetables.
