Use as a Marinade
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 lbs. chicken, steak or pork
- Whisk together Seasoning Mix, oil and water in bowl. Reserve 2 Tbsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag.
Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
Mix In Burgers
Mix Seasoning Mix with 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef. Shape into 6 patties. Grill until cooked through.
Use as a Rub
- Rub Seasoning Mix on 1-1/2 lbs. chicken, steak or pork. Grill until cooked through.
