Makes 1/2 cup marinade.
1 package Grill Mates® Mesquite Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 pounds chicken, pork or beef
1. Mix Marinade Mix, water and oil in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for basting. Place meat in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill, broil, or bake until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
Mesquite BBQ Sauce: Combine Marinade Mix with 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/3 cup honey. Brush sauce on meat last 10 minutes of cooking.
SALT, SUGAR, MALTODEXTRIN, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, TOMATO POWDER, SPICES (INCLUDING RED PEPPER), NATURAL MESQUITE SMOKE FLAVOR AND OTHER NATURAL FLAVORS, GARLIC, ONION, SUNFLOWER OIL, EXTRACTIVES OF PAPRIKA, AND CORN SYRUP SOLIDS.
1 tsp. dry mix (4g) (Seasons 1 tbsp. marinade)
This stuff is AMAZING. I agree with Lauren, if you discontinue this I will lose my mind also. SO many people demand the "recipe" when I cook it for them or take it to parties!! I usually cube the chicken up and serve over white rice. I'll toss it in the pan, with the lid, on medium-high until almost done, then remove the lid with 5-10 minutes left and turn it up to high to "caramelize" the flavors in. I like it lightly seared. It's SO delicious.

Great with chicken or pork. Makes a delicous chicken taco. The BEST. Only problem is finding it. Live in south suburbs of Chicago and have not seen it at Jewel, Walts or Walmart in a year!! Whats up with that?????

Absolutely delicious and aroma is enticing. Used it on boneless chicken breast, marinated for 1.5 hours in refrigerator. Came out so delicious. Family loved it too. Easy to make and unbelievably scrumptious.

I love tis marinade, dont eve discontinue this marinade. i will lose my mind. This marinade is great on chicken on the grill w/ bbq sauce.
