Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade
Flavors up to 2 lbs!
1 package Grill Mates® Brown Sugar Bourbon Marinade
1-2 pounds chicken, steak, pork, or shrimp*
1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 bsp. for basting, if desired.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade
*Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
BROWN SUGAR, TOMATO PUREE (WATER, TOMATO PASTE), DISTILLED VINEGAR, WATER, SALT, SPICES (INCLUDING CHILI PEPPER, BLACK PEPPER), WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE (VINEGAR, MOLASSES, CORN SYRUP, WATER, SALT, CARAMESPICES, TAMARIND, NATURAL FLAVOR), BOURBON, MODIFIED CORN STARCH, ONION, GARLIC, RED BELL PEPPER, RICE FLOUR, SOYBEAN OIL, SODIUM BENZOATE AND POTASSIUM SORBATE (TO PROTECT QUALITY), XANTHAN GUM, AND NATURAL FLAVOR.

I used a 3# pork loin, put it over charcoal........ it was delish. Try this, you will not be disappointed!!!
