1 package Grill Mates® Montreal Steak® Marinade
1-2 pounds steak, pork, or salmon*
1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 bsp. for basting, if desired.
2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade
*Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
