To make marinade with McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb 15 Minute Marinade Mix:
YOU WILL NEED: 1 pkg marinade mix, 3 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup water, 3 tbsp white vinegar, and 2 lbs veggies, chicken, pork, or seafood*
DIRECTIONS: 1. Whisk marinade mix, oil, and water in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. 2. Refrigerate 15 minute or longer. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking.
GRILLING TIP: Zesty Lemon Herb Marinade: Substitute 3 tbsp lemon juice for the vinegar in Step 1. Continue as directed.
*Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes.
