Usage Tips

  • I use this for smoking pork and poultry. Combined with apple cider vinegar and brown sugar, it gives the meats a wonderfully amazing flavor!

  • I just bought it and used it tonight. I melted a 1/4 stick of butter in a pan and mixed in the the Applewood Rub. Added two burgers and covered with Applewood Rub. It made a fantastic crust on the burgers and the smell was out of this world. Can't wait to try it on pork and chicken. This is a winner.
