I use this for smoking pork and poultry. Combined with apple cider vinegar and brown sugar, it gives the meats a wonderfully amazing flavor!

An amazing dry rub! I use for my Pulled Pork and Ribs in the smoker! I only wish they made it in larger bags!

I just bought it and used it tonight. I melted a 1/4 stick of butter in a pan and mixed in the the Applewood Rub. Added two burgers and covered with Applewood Rub. It made a fantastic crust on the burgers and the smell was out of this world. Can't wait to try it on pork and chicken. This is a winner.

It was great with mayonnaise for a sauce for fried shrimp or any fish.

Love this rub for oven slow-roasted Pulled Pork and Baby Back Ribs. You get the great taste of smoker meat without the smoker!

I tried this on two seperate occasions, as a rub on arack of pork ribs. They came out perfect in texture and flavor was deep, but just not a delightful one! It's as though the sweet flavor of apple doesn'tmix well with the salty smoky flavor. Worst one in the line up!
