For the Pork Chops, mix garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sea salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Rub on both sides of pork chops.
Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Cover with foil to keep warm.
For the Peach Sauce, mix brown sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornstarch and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to boil on low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Add peaches; simmer 3 minutes longer. To serve, spoon warm peach sauce on pork chops.
