INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 For the Pork Chops, mix garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, sea salt and ground red pepper in small bowl. Rub on both sides of pork chops.
  • 2 Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until pork is desired doneness. Cover with foil to keep warm.
  • 3 For the Peach Sauce, mix brown sugar, vinegar, sherry, cornstarch and cinnamon in small saucepan. Bring to boil on low heat; simmer 5 minutes. Add peaches; simmer 3 minutes longer. To serve, spoon warm peach sauce on pork chops.
