Excellent and simple.

Good but 3T's of maple syrup makes it better rather than butter on the the potatoes

I don't know in what universe that a 1-pound pork tenderloin and 2 sweet potatoes will feed 6 people, but nevertheless this was very tasty & so simple to prepare. I used 3 sweet potatoes but kept everything else the same, and I ended up with 4 nice-sized servings. Will make again!

Loved this recipe! I made this with my electric pressure cooker instead and it was perfect! The potatoes were amazing, the flavors blended very well and I could have just eaten the potatoes alone. I did add 1/2 cup of orange juice for the pressure cooker.
