INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix butter, sugar, salt and all of the spices in medium bowl. Place pork in center of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan. Brush pork with 1/2 of the glaze mixture. Add vegetables to remaining glaze mixture in bowl; toss to coat well. Arrange vegetables in single layer around pork.
  • 2 Roast 25 to 30 minutes or until pork is desired doneness. Transfer pork to serving platter; keep warm.
  • 3 Roast vegetables 10 minutes longer or until tender. Slice pork and serve with vegetables.
