Create juicy, herb-roasted pork tenderloin with five ingredients and one sheet pan. Place pork tenderloin onto a foil-lined pan and brush with a mixture of oil and McCormick® Rosemary Chicken Seasoning Mix. (It’s a tasty blend of rosemary and thyme.) Roast to desired doneness with seasoned vegetables and enjoy.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place pork in center of foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Mix oil and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl; brush 1/2 of mixture on pork. Add potatoes and carrots to remaining mixture in bowl; toss to coat. Place vegetables around pork.
Roast 25 minutes or until pork is cooked to desired doneness. Transfer only the pork to a serving platter; cover with foil to keep warm.
Roast vegetables 10 minutes longer or until tender. Slice pork and serve with vegetables.
I used sweet potato as a healthier alternative to the red potato. It goes very well with the pork, carrots, and the seasoning. Also lots of Vitamin A!

I added finely minced garlic and a dash of white wine to the mix with the oil and seared the tenderloin first then brushed on the reserved seasoning mix. My family enjoyed the meal and has asked to make this recipe a regular!

I hate the way your recipes print. It takes 3 pages and all the ingredients are taking up the left sliver of the sheet while nothing is printing on the right side. Why can’t I print your recipes that don’t look like a mess?
