Seafood loves the convenient blend of McCormick® Garlic Powder. Sprinkled onto salmon before baking, it creates a sweet, garlicky taste.
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salmon on foil-lined baking pan. Sprinkle evenly with 1 teaspoon of the garlic powder, black pepper and salt.
- 2 Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- 3 Meanwhile, mix vinegar, honey and remaining 2 teaspoons of the garlic powder in small saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened and syrupy. Pour warm glaze over salmon immediately after removing fish from oven.
