Heat oil in large skillet on high heat. Add beef; stir fry 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Add broccoli; stir fry on medium-high heat 3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in Skillet Sauce. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute or until heated through. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
I like to stir fry meat. Then bake the rest including meat in the oven,

I made McCormick's version of chicken and broccoli using the Beef & Broccoli spices, (messed with the directions a bit--what cook doesn't?) adding some garlic and ginger to the chicken, and mushrooms to the broccoli mix, and steaming the broccoli, onions, and mushrooms before stir-frying, but man, was that good! Lower calorie than the real stuff, and way less expensive--and I have leftovers for tomorrow!
