Prepare Italian Tomato Sauce.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and return to saucepot. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well mixed.
Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with additional 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with additional tomato sauce or freeze remaining sauce for later use. (Italian Tomato Sauce recipe make a total of 6 cups sauce).
