2 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and return to saucepot. Gently stir in 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper until well mixed.
3 Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Top with additional 1 1/2 cups of the tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
4 Bake 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with additional tomato sauce or freeze remaining sauce for later use. (Italian Tomato Sauce recipe make a total of 6 cups sauce).
