- Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Place in medium bowl; drizzle with 1 tablespoon of the oil and sprinkle with 2 teaspoons of the Garlic & Olive Oil Seasoning, tossing to coat.
- Heat remaining 3 tablespoons oil in large skillet on medium heat until shimmering. Add remaining 2 teaspoons Garlic & Olive Oil Seasoning and smoked paprika; cook and stir 30 seconds or until fragrant, being careful not to burn.
- Add shrimp to skillet in single layer. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Add vinegar and parsley to skillet; simmer about 1 minute, stirring to mix. Serve shrimp and pan sauce over hot cooked rice with lemon wedges and crusty bread, if desired.
