  • 1 package McCormick® Loaded BBQ Burger Bowl Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cider vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 pound ground beef - Substitutesyour favorite ground protein, such as chicken, turkey, pork or plant-based protein
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 8 burrito size (10-inch) flour tortillas
  • Potato chips (your favorite brand and flavor)
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Mix mayonnaise, vinegar and 2 teaspoons of the Seasoning Mix in small bowl. Set burger sauce mixture aside.
  2. Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Stir in remaining Seasoning Mix and water; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place 1 flour tortilla on clean work surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the ground meat onto center of tortilla, spreading into a circle. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese. Place 4 to 6 potato chips over top. Layer with 2 tablespoons each cheese, lettuce and tomato. Top with 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture. Fold edges of tortilla up and over top of filling to enclose. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 8 crunch wraps.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Working in batches, place wraps in skillet, folded side down. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy, adding additional oil as needed. Cut in half and serve with additional toppings such as chopped onions and pickles, if desired.

Test Kitchen Tip: Swap in your favorite cheese sauce in place of the shredded cheese.
