  1. Add chicken, sundried tomatoes, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, broth and tomato paste to slow cooker bowl and mix well. 

  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until chicken is cooked through. 

  3. Remove lid and stir in spinach, cream cheese and remaining 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. Cover and cook an additional 10 minutes. Remove cover and stir until well blended and spinach has wilted. Serve over cooked orzo and sprinkle with Crushed Red Pepper and shredded Parmesan, if desired.
