Stephanie’s love for cooking started early—at her mom’s side in the kitchen, proudly wielding the stirring spoon as the go-to helper for every family meal. When she began her career as a Sensory Technician at McCormick, her passion truly came to life.

Growing up on a rice and crawfish farm in south Louisiana, Rachel learned the importance of nurturing Earth’s bounty and caring for the land at a young age. 

A native from the mid-Atlantic area, McKenzie had always known she wanted to do something with food. Growing up around cuisines like Maryland seafood and traditional German dishes in Pennsylvania, she knew food was always going be her greatest passion.

What began as a role managing McCormick’s company store quickly became the foundation for a rewarding career rooted in service, leadership, and a love of food.

As a Maryland native, Kirsten loves Old Bay so much that she gave cans away as the favors at her Annapolis wedding!

Mollie is a trained pastry chef who knew from an early age that she loved sugar. After bringing in homemade cupcakes in elementary school for a project, she saw how food could be an outlet for happiness.
