- Heat 1 tablespoon of the oil and butter in large skillet on medium-high heat until butter is melted. Add potatoes in single layer; cook until golden brown, about 5 to 6 minutes. Flip potatoes and cook until deep golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes longer. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, cook until potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Whisk remaining 1 tablespoon oil, lemon zest and juice, Garlic and Olive Oil Seasoning, oregano, basil and black pepper in small bowl. Add to skillet with potatoes, stirring carefully to coat potatoes. Cook, uncovered, 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant. Serve hot.
