Instructions
- Mix sour cream and 1 teaspoon of Seasoning in small bowl. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef in large skillet; drain fat. Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning and water. Reduce heat and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Place 1 flour tortilla on clean work surface. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture onto center of tortilla, spreading into a circle. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese. Place 4 to 6 tortilla chips over top. Layer with 2 tablespoons each cheese, lettuce and tomato. Top with 1 tablespoon of the sour cream mixture. Fold edges of tortilla up and over top of filling to enclose. Repeat with remaining ingredients to make 8 crunch wraps.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Working in batches, place wraps in skillet, folded side down. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until lightly browned and crispy, adding additional oil as needed. Cut in half and serve with additional toppings such as guacamole, hot sauce and salsa, if desired.
