- Place salmon in medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, mixing gently to season evenly. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add salmon to pan. Cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned and cooked through. Remove from heat. Set aside.
- Whisk water and sauce mix in small saucepan until well blended. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute.
- Spoon about 1/2 cup hot cooked rice into each of 4 serving bowls. Divide salmon and place over top of rice. Drizzle with Miso Gravy. Add additional toppings, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute chicken, pork or steak, cut into 1-inch chunks for the salmon. Prepare as directed until cooked completely.
