INGREDIENTS

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pound shredded hash brown potatoes
  • 4 breaded chicken breast cutlets
  • 16 slices cooked hickory smoked bacon
  • 8 eggs, cooked over-easy (or however you like them!)
  • 8 hot prepared buttermilk pancakes
  • 4 tablespoons whipped butter, for serving
  • 4 slices white toast
  • Spicy Maple Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Divide hash browns into 4 equal portions and place in skillet. Press lightly to flatten and form a crispy crust on the bottom. Cook until golden brown on both sides, turning halfway through cooking.
  • 2 Meanwhile, fry chicken cutlets in preheated deep fryer or large deep skillet filled with enough oil to cover, until cooked through. (Please refer to package directions for specific cooking time and temperature.)
  • 3 To build your BreakFEAST™, place hot cooked hash browns on each serving plate and top with one piece of chicken. Drizzle chicken with Spicy Maple Syrup. Serve each Feast with 4 slices bacon, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes topped with whipped butter, 1 slice toast, and additional Spicy Maple Syrup on the side.
