Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh ground Mexican chorizo sausage substitution Substitutions available
    • ground breakfast sausage
  • 1 package (16 ounces) processed cheese product, such as Velveeta®, cubed
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 package McCormick® Original Taco Seasoning Mix

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Brown sausage in large skillet on medium-high heat until cooked through. Drain fat.
  • 2 Spray slow cooker with no stick cooking spray. Place cooked sausage in slow cooker. Add cheese, cream cheese, tomatoes and green chiles. Sprinkle with Seasoning Mix. Cover.
  • 3 Cook 2 hours on LOW or until cheese is melted and heated through, stirring halfway through cooking.
  • 4 To serve, stir and reduce heat to WARM. Great with tortilla chips.
