Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray baking sheet with no stick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
For the Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip, place all ingredients in food processor or blender container; cover. Process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
For the Asparagus Fries, place flour in a shallow dish. Beat eggs in another shallow dish. Mix panko, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, parsley and pepper in a third shallow dish. Roll asparagus in flour to coat. Dip in eggs, then coat in panko. Spread asparagus in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
