Cook ground beef in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Drain, if needed.
Stir in remaining ingredients and spices. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted.
Serve hot with tortilla chips.
This dip is wonderful. It's cheesy, it's tasty, it's filling, it's got good texture and the flavor is very balanced. I lightened it up a bit by using ground chicken instead of beef. I dressed it up with some green onion and chopped tomato and it presents itself very nicely. Definitely will make again!
