Makes 4 servings.
YOU WILL NEED
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1 can (15 or 16 oz. pinto beans, undrained)
Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onions, tomatoes or jalapeño peppers.
1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired.

Smoky BBQ Sloppy Joes: Brown 1 lb. ground beef and ½ cup chopped onion in skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat. Stir in Seasoning Mix, 1 can (16 oz.) baked beans, undrained, and ½ cup each ketchup and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Sprinkle with ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese. Cover. Let stand 1 minute. Serve in hamburger rolls.
