Makes 4 servings
You Will Need
1 package McCormick® Seasoning Mix
1 pound lean ground beef or turkey
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained or 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce
1 can (15 to 16 ounces) kidney or pinto beans, undrained
Assorted Toppings: shredded cheese, chopped onions or sour cream
1. BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. STIR in Seasoning Mix, tomatoes and beans. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with toppings, if desired.
TRY THIS TWIST!
Easy Chili Pizza: Spoon chili evenly onto prepared pizza crust (12-inch) on baking sheet. Sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheese. Bake in preheated 425ºF oven 12 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings.

HANDS DOWN, the best chili recipe ever!!! I have used it for 30 years, & ANYONE that has ever eaten my chili, says it's the best they've ever had! I use 4 packs seasoning, 4 cans pinto beans drained, 2 1/2 lbs. ground chuck, 1/2 onion diced, 1/2 bell pepper diced, 280z. can of tomato sauce, 2- 15 0z. cans tomato sauce, 28 0z can whole tomatoes, ( chopped up), 1 cup water. cook meat with onion , pepper, salt & pepper to taste, drain, in a large pot, combine everything with meat mixture, bring to simmer, & simmer for @ least an hour. The longer it simmers, (warms), the better! BEST CHILI EVER!!
