Mix spices and salt in small bowl. Set aside. Brush chicken with 2 tablespoons of the oil. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the spice mixture.
Broil or grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through. Cut chicken into thin strips.
Mix remaining 1/4 cup oil, lime juice and remaining spice mixture in large bowl. Add chicken, beans, tomatoes, corn and onion; toss until well coated. Divide lettuce among 6 plates. Top with chicken mixture.
