Dig into delicious shepherd’s pie, conveniently prepared in a single skillet! Our version has all the staples - beef, peas and mashed potatoes - flavored with the rich, homemade taste of McCormick® Simply Better Beef Gravy.
Brown ground beef with onions in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
Sprinkle beef with flour; cook and stir until blended. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, gravy and frozen vegetables. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon into 2-quart casserole dish. Top evenly with potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Test Kitchen Tip: Wrap the skillet handle in foil if your skillet is not ovenproof.
