- 1 medium red bell pepper, cored and cut into strips
- 2 cups snow peas
- 1 package curry thai basil seafood cooking sauce, divided
- 1 pound salmon fillet
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Toss snow peas and bell pepper with 2 tablespoons of the Seafood Sauce in medium bowl.
- 2 Grill vegetables in grilling basket over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, grill salmon 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork, brushing with remaining Seafood Sauce during cooking. Serve salmon and vegetables with cooked basmati rice, if desired.
