  • 3/4 cup milk Substitutions available
    • milk alternative
  • 3/4 cup frozen banana chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 packet good morning cocoa cinnamon smoothie boost

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.

  • Serve immediately.

  • Test Kitchen Tip: If frozen bananas are not available in your supermarket, peel and cut ripe bananas into chunks. Place in single layer on shallow pan. Freeze until firm. Once frozen, store in resealable plastic bag in freezer to have ready for smoothies any time.
