Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 1 small yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 4 ounces asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 teaspoons McCormick® Salt Free Vegetable Seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 minutes.
  • 2 Sprinkle with Seasoning; cook and stir 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
