Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced thin (how to slice an onion)
- 1 cup diagonally sliced carrots
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups sugar snap peas
- 1 large red bell pepper cut into strips
- 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Sesame Seed, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat the oil in a wok or large deep skillet on medium-high heat. Add the onion and carrots; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add the remaining stir fry vegetables; stir fry them for 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- 2 Add soy sauce, garlic powder and ginger; stir fry until well blended. Sprinkle in sesame seeds. Serve over cooked rice, if desired. (Check out our advice for making perfect rice every time!)
