Italian seasoning and seasoned salt seasons this sauté of chicken and vegetables. Use any combination of vegetables you have on hand.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir in vegetables, Italian seasoning and seasoned salt. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add tomatoes; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened and chicken is cooked through.
Great recipe and easy to make on a weeknight!

Delicious! I like my green beans a little softer, so I added them and the onion on top of the chicken as soon as I turned it the first time. Then I put a lid on the skillet for 3 minutes. I didn't stir until I added the rest of the vegetables. My family gobbled it up.

I used reduced sodium seasoned salt and everything in the "Italian Seasoning" I have on hand so I did a couple small dashes of each (rosemary, savory, basil, thyme, oregano, sage, marjoram). I paired it with some cous cous and it was delicious!
