INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add onion; cook and stir until softened. Add rice and water as directed on package. Prepare rice as directed on package.
  • 2 Stir in Seasoning Mix and beans. Cook and stir until heated through.

TIPS AND TRICKS

Stir in 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained, along with beans in step 2.
