For marinade, in a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons finely chopped kiwi, lime peel (or lemon peel), juice, oil, garlic, salt, black pepper and hot pepper sauce. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade; cover and refrigerate.
Rinse shrimp; pat dry. Place shrimp in a sealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish. Pour the remaining marinade over shrimp in bag; seal bag. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, turning the bag occasionally.
To serve, drain shrimp, discarding marinade. Toss reserved 2 tablespoons marinade with the remaining 1 cup chopped kiwi and mango. Serve fruit with the shrimp. If desired, serve with lime (or lemon) wedges.
