Preheat broiler In a large nonstick or well-seasoned broiler-proof skillet heat butter on medium-high heat until melted. Add mushrooms and green onion; cook about 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in zucchini. Cook, covered, on medium-low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in ham.
In a medium bowl beat eggs until blended but not foamy. Stir in thyme, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper. Pour egg mixture over vegetable mixture in skillet.
Cook on medium heat. As mixture sets, run a spatula around edge of skillet, lifting egg mixture so uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking and lifting edge until egg mixture is almost set (surface will be moist). Sprinkle with cheese.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 1 to 2 minutes or just until top is set and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
