Preheat oven to 450°F. Coat a 16 x 12 x 1-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add garlic; cook 1 minute or until lightly golden. Add clams, oregano and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute; stir in 3 tablespoons parsley.
On a well-floured surface, roll out dough to a 16 x 12-inch rectangle. Transfer into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups mozzarella over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border on all sides. Evenly spoon clam mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake for 15 minutes, until bottom of pizza is nicely browned.
Sprinkle with the remaining 1 tablespoon parsley over pizza. Cut into 12 squares and serve.
