Preheat broiler. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Greek seasoning (or oregano, minced onion and marjoram), garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Divide into 16 pieces, shaping into balls, and thread onto 2 or 3 metal skewers. Coat broiler pan with cooking spray; place skewers on pan. Set aside.
Squeeze excess water from cucumber in paper towels. In a small bowl, stir together cucumber, yogurt, mint, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside.
Wrap pitas in foil and place in bottom of oven. Broil skewers for 4 minutes. Carefully flip over and broil an additional 3 minutes. Remove warmed pitas from oven. Top each with some sauce, shredded lettuce, 4 pieces meat and 2 tablespoons feta.
