Cook soybeans according to package directions; drain. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
Arrange spinach and romaine on a large serving platter. Top with carrots, pea pods, sweet pepper, sweet soybeans, and green onions. In a medium bowl combine shrimp and cooked pasta; set aside.
For dressing, in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, canola oil, soy sauce, garlic, toasted sesame oil, ginger, and crushed red pepper. Cover and shake well to combine. Pour half of the dressing mixture over the shrimp and pasta; toss to coat.
Top salad on serving platter with shrimp mixture. Drizzle salad with remaining salad dressing mixture.
