In a large skillet, cook broccolini, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes or until just tender. Drain off water. Add wine (or broth) and pepper. If using wine, add 1/8 teaspoon salt. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until liquid is evaporated, stirring frequently to coat broccolini evenly in the liquid.
Transfer broccolini to a serving platter. Sprinkle with feta and bacon. Serve with lemon wedges.
