For gremolata, combine mint, walnuts, parsley, and lemon zest in a small bowl. Set aside.
Cook linguine according to package directions, adding the green beans for the entire cooking time. Drain and return to the pot. Add oil and toss to coat. Cover to keep warm.
Meanwhile, toss steak strips with the salt and black pepper in a small bowl. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add steak strips, bell peppers, onion and garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until steak is pink only in center of strips, stirring occasionally.
Add steak mixture and Parmesan to the pasta mixture. Toss to combine. Divide pasta mixture between two serving plates. If desired, sprinkle with crushed red pepper. Top evenly with gremolata.
