Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey; cook about 2 minutes per side or until browned. Combine salsa, raisins, honey, cumin and cinnamon in a medium bowl; a dd to pan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 to 12 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink (170°F).
Meanwhile, bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in couscous. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving. Serve turkey and salsa mixture over couscous; sprinkle with almonds.
