Peel sweet potatoes; cut into 1-inch pieces. In a covered saucepan, cook sweet potatoes in enough boiling water to cover for 10 to 12 minutes or just until tender; drain.
Meanwhile, cut turkey tenderloins crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add turkey slices; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink, turning once halfway through cooking.
Add salsa and orange juice to skillet; add sweet potatoes. Cook until heated through, stirring gently.
