Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Return pasta to hot pan.
Meanwhile, in a screw-top-jar, combine broth, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sugar, vegetable oil (or olive oil), sesame oil, garlic, ginger and crushed red pepper. Cover and shake well.
Add 3 tablespoons of the dressing to the cooked pasta; toss gently to coat. Divide the pasta among shallow bowls or dinner plates. Top with peaches (or nectarines), chicken, salad greens and green onions. Shake the remaining dressing; drizzle over the salads.
