If desired, partially freeze meat for easier slicing. Trim fat from meat. Thinly slice meat across the grain into 1/4-inch slices. Set aside.
Pour oil in a wok or large nonstick skillet; heat over medium-high heat. (Add more oil as necessary during cooking.) Add meat; cook and stir about 3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove from wok.
Add wine, orange, and hoisin sauce to wok. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
Return pork to wok. Heat through. Stir in green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over hot cooked rice.
