Trim fat from meat. Cut meat into bite-size strips. Lightly coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir for about 2 minutes or until browned.
Stir in broth, tomato paste, salsa and cumin. Stir in zucchini and edamame (or lima beans). Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Top each serving with mango and, if desired, cilantro.
