For meatballs, combine egg, rice, oregano, salt and pepper in a medium bowl . Stir in meat; mix well. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
For soup, combine broth, water and tomato paste in a large saucepan. Bring to boiling. Add meatballs. Simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and rice is tender.
Add potatoes, carrots and onion to the saucepan. Cook, covered, about 15 minutes more or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in peas; heat through.
