In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker combine pineapple-orange-banana juice, mango nectar, coconut water, honey, lime peel, allspice and bitters. Cover and cook on Low about 4 hours or on High about 2 hours or until heated through.
If using low-heat setting, turn to high-heat setting. Remove allspice with a slotted spoon. Stir in the ginger beer, pineapple and lime juice. Cover and cook about 15 minutes more or until warm (should still be a bit fizzy tasting).
