Thaw shrimp, if frozen. Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact if desired. Rinse shrimp; pat dry with paper towels. Set aside.
In a large saucepan, bring broth to a boil. Stir in pasta and curry powder. Return to a boil; reduce heat. Boil gently for 3 minutes. Stir in shrimp; cook for 2 to 3 minutes more or until shrimp are opaque and pasta is tender. Stir in coconut milk; heat through. If desired, sprinkle each serving with green onions.
